Cleaning an occupied office is mostly a scheduling problem. The work itself is straightforward; fitting it around people who are trying to concentrate is not.

Most of our commercial contracts run either before eight in the morning or after six in the evening, with a light midday visit for kitchens and washrooms only.

The parts that get missed

Desk surfaces under monitors, meeting room tables, door handles and the kitchen tap. All four are touched constantly and cleaned rarely, because a cleaner working around occupied desks cannot reach them.

Access and keys

Key-safe or fob access with a named team is safer than a shared key and a rotating crew. It also means the same people learn your building, which shows in the result within a month.
