A 1,200 square-metre office over three floors, moving from a nightly contract that was no longer keeping up to a schedule built around how the space is actually used.

We audited the building first: which desks are hot-desked, where the kitchens really get used, and which meeting rooms sit empty for days. The schedule follows that, not the floor plan.

What changed

Washrooms and kitchens moved to twice daily. Desks stayed nightly. Meeting rooms went to a clean-on-use model, which cut wasted visits by about a third.

Reporting

A named supervisor walks the building weekly and issues a short report with photographs, so facilities can see what was done without chasing anyone.
